Hello, me again!
Seeing as it is the start of a new year, and that everyone has started going back to work and school, everyone needs to relax every once in a while! So, what better than to write a list of my top favourite ways to relax - trust me, I've had plenty of practise (especially in the school holidays!) ;)
1. It may seem like one of the obvious ones, but, make time to have a pamper evening! If you would like me to do a pamper routine at some point, please let me know! Take a bath, light some candles, and you're away! :)
2. Watch a movie! I really enjoy doing this and I find it very relaxing!
3. Make your favourite hot beverage and enjoy! My favourites are tea and hot chocolate of course! With either of these, you can never go wrong!
4. As hard as it may seem, turning off your electrical devices can be a great way to relax, as they can be the cause to many cases of stress and worry! Trust me - it will do you good! :)
5. My final way to relax is to either read a book/magazine, or to do some colouring! You may think that it is just something that you can do when you are very young, but adult colouring books have become sooo popular lately! If you didn't know, they are advanced colouring book with very detailed and intricate pictures/doodles! I received one for my birthday and I find it very therapeutic! Another thing to do is to just read! - I've really been loving ELLE magazine at the moment!
