Hello Everybody!
I'm really frustrated at the moment because I just typed out a really long post on my 'go-to', simple eye look and it was all finished. I then minimised the page and looked on my phone for a minute (I'm so stupid!). When I went back onto the webpage, the whole post was gone, and the only thing that was saved in drafts was the flipping title! Ughhhhh! :( But, never mind - these things happen! I guess I will just have to write it all AGAIN!
So, I thought I would share with you my favourite, easy, eyeshadow look that I have been wearing recently! All of the shadows that I use for this are from the Urban Decay Naked 2 palette. I got given this for Christmas and it was a fantastic surprise! The reason why I am only using this palette is because it is literally the only one that I have used since getting it! ;) However, I do understand that it is quite expensive and I know it might be out of budget for some of my viewers/readers! So, I have decided to links some dupes, which I think are very similar to this palette and are just as good, if you need a cheap alternative!

My Eye Look
I start by 'priming' my eyelids with concealer, and then set it with powder. Firstly I apply the shade 'suspect' (champagne, gold shimmer) all over my lids with my finger. I think that this method gives the best pigmentation. Next, I apply the shade 'tease' (a cool toned, matte brown) into the crease, using a sigma E40, tapered blending brush. This adds some definition. I also blend as I go because I think that it is easier, rather than just leaving it until last! To define the crease and outer v further, I use a more tapered pencil brush to apply the shade 'busted' (a dark brown) into the outer third of my eyes. I then go back in and blend that out with my sigma brush again. The last step for the eyshadow is to put a shimmery highlight colour into the inner corners of my eyes. For this, I will either use the Mary-Lou Manizer, or the shade 'bootycall', from the palette.
I then tight line my upper lash line with a black pencil eyeliner, to make my eyelashes look fuller and thicker. I next curl my eyelashes and apply the Benefit tinted lash primer (they're real!). I also apply the matching mascara!
That is the complete eye look, and I hope you enjoyed it! If you would like more post like these, please comment below with suggestions! Thank you! Speak to you soon!
